We are not accepting returns at this time. We are always available to consult by phone, email, facebook message, smoke signals, or video conference to assist mouthpiece fitting. If you are looking to try one of our mouthpieces, we suggest reaching out to one of our dealers or setting up a fitting appointment with us. There are also premium services available in shop for enhanced custom design fittings for those who need it.

Typically our lead time is 6-10 weeks at any given point, but our most accurate estimation is usually poste. in the banner at the top of the site. As a small, and usually one-man operation, it can take a while to get mouthpieces completed. That being said, we are constantly working to become more efficient in our process. As we expand we are doing our best to shorten lead time.

We try our hardest to consult and get the mouthpiece(s) to you as fast as we can, but stuff happens.

If your order is not in production and your order is no more than 3 days old we can cancel and refund your payment. If you your order is not in production and over 3 days from time ordering, you are responsible for 7% transaction fee. Any fees will be deducted from you refund.

Orders in production can no longer be cancelled.

We do, but they are a special option that we do not have currently listed. Since our mouthpieces are a two piece design you can always purchase components separately, or email us at orders@librassco.com to request parts you do not see listed.

There is no extra charge for either shank as well!

We do not duplicate or copy mouthpieces. We are happy to suggest other companies that excel at this type of work, but it is not our focus or work that we are set up to do.

We happily refinish mouthpieces from time to time, or even customize existing mouthpieces on occasion. It is not work that we are frequently able to take on, but please feel free to contact us about this type of work. However, depending on our current work load we may not be able to accept your request.
